Ashley Williams

Senior Trust Operations Specialist

Ashley Williams joined Covenant Trust in October 2024 as a Senior Trust Operations Specialist. With more than a decade of expertise in bank operations, she has held roles at  The Northern Trust Company, Amalgamated Bank of Chicago, and Ameriprise Financial.

In 2016, Ashley relocated from Chicago to Tempe, Arizona, as part of the initial startup operations team for The Northern Trust Company. During her time in Arizona, she studied Business and Financial Planning at the University of Phoenix.

Ashley is a proud mother to her son and a dedicated Youth Advocate. Since 2021, she has been actively mentoring and supporting youth under DCFS care through the Chicago Youth Advocate Program.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys listening to R&B music, taking long walks along Lake Michigan, shopping, and traveling to tropical destinations.
